I purchased a 50 inch hi-def projection T.V. from a Lacks store. They sold me an extended warranty in case a any breakdowns or etc. Well my T.V. received a screen burn-in due to some cable channels not all being hi-def yet. I mean, its not my fault that not everything is not all hi-def yet. Well low and behold the warranty said no and that it was cosmetic. There are two huge wide lines on my t.v. and they call it cosmetic. I can't enjoy a movie and they call it cosmetic. My warranty list what it will not repair and screen burn-ins are not listed as something not covered. I've been in battle with them for about 3 weeks and still nothing. The representatives are rude and I can't even understand what they say. Watch your exerted warranties because this is a nightmare for me. Don't get it if says GE-Zurich Warranty. It is offered at Circuit City also... Be Careful
