MALPRACTICE
I have a Dillard's account manage by GE Money, account went delinquent because payments setup on line were gone and nobody knew why. I started to get calls from GE every half hour from 6:00 AM until 10:00 pm. which by the way, they keep denying seying they are only allowed to make calls from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. I have phone call records to prove it.GE Money told me I never had payments set up online and they did not know what I was I talking about. I also have proof of payments done on line for years. Finally, account was cancelled and enrolled on a special payment program. I set up payments on line until 07/11. I got a call this morning from GE Money to let me know I was behind again and requested a payment over the phone. I let collect agent konw payments were set up only, only to be told they could not see those payments because they do not have access to my personal computer! I accessed my account and June payment was processed today but GE money kept saying they could not see any payment.Also payment set up for for 07/11 got cancelled and GE money, again, had no clue of how that happened. I called Dillards and GE Money and was tansfered to at least 6 people and none of them where able to give me answer. I am sick and tire of GE Money and their lies
