1. I was alarmed that the larger dual element got so hot when the smaller element was used. Was told that was because there is no insulation between burners (translates to cheaply made). 2. the oven began to beep and blink intermittenlty this went on for weeks until I got it on video, repairman had to replace electronic board, 3. on Thanksgiving day, the real left burner stopped working. Repairman said it was the switch. Christmas eve he returns to replace switch only to find out GE sent him the wrong one. GE also sent me a switch (why?) and it too was the wrong one. Calling GE leads no where. No offer of compensation in any manner.
