Wish I had looked on here before I visited and purchased this refrigerator from them. After being told that their extended service plan covers "everything", even if it's "dropped", our just over a year old (past GE one year warrenty of course) refrigerator isn't making ice, a sensor from the main board isn't communicating with the fan in the freezer to tell it to come on and make the icemaker cold enough to make ice. So we called the service plan number only to be told we purchased the main component plan. We were told we were puchasing the "everything is covered plan". The manager could only apologize (aww, sorry). That company is pitiful and I do not know why the BBB allows them to be operating. I will never shop there again, and told the manager that, but I really doubt that he cares.
