This is the second time I have to call GE money bank to ask them to stop charging interest on a zero percent loan. I cannot find a complaint e-mail address to send this to, so please help me contact Triumph Directly to report this problem. My account statement is for payoff on a motorcycle from Triumph, but there should not be a payment applied to interest. If you look for GE Money Bank complaints online, it seems they have done this to others as well.
