$3000 for a Monogram oven and when the timer goes off it is so soft it can't be heard from across the room. The oven has 3 loudness settings, very very soft (almost silent), very soft, and soft. We have had the unit for several weeks and burned items because we didn't hear a timer. We are not hard of hearing, this product is a joke. We would NEVER have bought it if we new of this design defect. GE says, nothing can be done, that is the way it is.
