I called geek squad to fix my tv they told me it would cost me 150.00 for a diagnostic test. When there agent calls I give the information on the tv. (I turn the tv on it does not come on but a red light start flashing.) He proceds to tell me that the flashing light is code that tells what wrong with the tv. He tell me that he knows seven in a row means the power circuit is bad what he fails to say is that the this cost more the tv 750 dollars and it is not worth getting it fixed. He comes to my home the light flashes 4 time in a row he has no idea what this means he calles another tech who he tells me has the codes for the signals. The other tech does not have the code the come to the conclusion that if they replace the power circuit it a good place to start then he check the price tells me it cost 750 for the part and it not worth fixing. I still had to pay this man he takes my credit card types it in his laptop so I can be charged and he does not even have the ability to give me a receipt. This was such a waste
