After reading numerous complaints on this website...I see that GEMB/LOWE'S Home Improvement has screwed alot of people. There has got to be something that can be done about companies who have bad business practices that harm the consumer. Aren't there consumer protection agencies? I to had my account, which was in good standing with a zero balance closed without notification. I'm pretty pissed off about this, especially since Lowe's is the only home improvement store in my area locally. I'm determined to travel the 20+ miles to find a Home Depot...even if they are more expensive!
