I have had trouble accesing online service to make a credit card payment.I have spoken to their customer agents their answer is I'm sorry you have to make payment over the phone if I desire to pay $15.00 fee. for that sevice I will call that # from the begining.My not accesing to my account easy a late fee is applied HOW AGGRAVATING AND AN UNFAIR PRACTICE TO CONSUMERS THIS IT.WE DESEVE A BREAK.
