It's clear they don't care to make a sale and they don't care to provide you with detailed information when asked. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will not get what you pay for and they'll take the money and run - read the signs.

I purchased diamond studs from them - the quality was TERRIBLE. They have no photos of their merchandise - no real photos - and no certificates from reputable companies such as GIA. It's so obvious and I am a fool for buying from them. They have no customer care and a lousy return policy that works to their advantage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They are scammers.
