My AT&T bill has been charged with a 10.66 per month charge from GeneralTexting LLC. The company keeps showing up even after cancelling them numerous times. AT&T removes the charges and cancels the subscriptions to no avail. I use my phone for calling people, I don't have fancy ringtones, nor do I want them, I don't need music on my phone and I certainly don't have time for games. Yet somehow this company keeps accessing my bill. Is there anything else that can be done?
