I requested a free trial of the products and had three charges on one monthly bank statement for the products. The product was mailed to me and I refused it when I found the charges. I called the number to cancel and request refund of the charges - was on the line for a good hour with no one assisting. PI have contacted my bank so future charges are not taken - but I would like to have my refund of $247.43.
