Not only do they not show up on time to pick up the riders to take them to their appointments, but they don't show up on time to take them back home. They also ride them around needlessly instead of taking them to their point of destination. My family member got a fool today who didn't even get out to help her into the van, but sat there letting her struggle. This fool actually took off driving like a bat out of *** and talked to and answered himself the whole trip. I guess they just hire any Tom, ***, Harry, or trained monkey that can drive. My mom was left standing in the rain waiting for the driver to pick her up so long that she finally had to call someone to get her. Thank goodness she had her cell phone.
