My house was constructed in 1995. I decided to use Georgia Pacific PrimeTrim which had a 30 year warranty instead of natural wood trim board because this stuff was supposed to be more durable. Well all the trim is rotting out and Georgia Pacific claims it was not installed properly and will not honour the warranty! They paid me $300 as a good will gesture!
