As I am reading through all of these complaints I notice this company made these fraudulant charges to all of these cards all over the US around the same time. I was also hit by these thieves. Seems strange that what they are doing is nothing short of thievery, yet I must fill out all types of complaint forms and wait months to receive any compensation. I would think at this point, the banks are aware this company is not legit, block any and all charges to accounts from this company and return immediate credit to any persons harmed by this. I would also be interested to know just exactly what all of those bank fees charged to me are paying for. Obviously not a compentent security department. If that were the case, a public announcement would have been issued by now and these people would be in jail. I guess for the banks, getting THEIR bills paid to avoid forclosure on their establishment is priority over customer service. It makes that extra fee I pay for identity theft protection laughable. The bottom line is... the money is taken from you immediately and it will take months of paperwork and red tape to ever see a dime of compensation. Do not expect them to compensate for any interest lost on that money either. Makes me want to bury my money in the back yard in a tin can. At least I can shot anyone who tries to steal it.
