We signed up for this sales lead service a week ago. Have been consistently unable to even get on to their website to login. Have talked to the sales rep and the "customer service" rep. Today ( 7 days after paying) I told them that we had no choice but to cancel as we can't even access the site. Rep was nasty and arrogant - said it must be a typing error on my end! I finally said that I would have to dispute the charge with American Express. He said that happens all the time and he assured me it would not work. Obviously they have this happen all the time if he was so familiar with the process for disputing a charge! Practices like this need to be shut down.
