I have received my bank statement for the period May 23 - June 20 and notice a debit of $94.35 entered on May 20 for $97.15 USd incl FX fee AUD$ 2.74 with the title "kids vitamins'.
I cancelled my Trial offer of this product back in February 2011 and paid a 'once only' fee of $99.00

What can I do to recoup this money?
