Now I can't get a hold of them.

overcharged S&H
LYING & MISLEADING. They advertise $3.95 for S&H, take credit card info, and then charge 13.95 for S&H unless you agree to signing up for email solicitations, etc. This is classic MISLEADING AND OBNOXIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICE.
