I have used Gevalia for about 1 year and have been satisfied until now. I received a shipment from them for a "special blend" that I did not order. Further, This shipment (for 8 oz of coffee) cost $42.00 and it was charged to my credit card!!! - I called them and waited on hold for over 15 minutes, only to be hung up on by their customer service. Horrible way to do business and I strongly suggest that you avoid doing business with them.
