I leased a 2000 Beetle from this dealership and they were horrible. They overcharged or at least over quoted on everything. They wanted to charge me for doing work on the recalled oxygen sensor! They forgot to fill up the antifreeze and coolant and the car overheated driving off the lot. They said I could have filled it with water!!! Just a horrible service department. I would never visit this dealership. I luckily found Betten Imports for any servicing I needed during the remainder of the lease and when I wanted to buy it out. Please don't ever visit this dealership or have your car serviced here if you get the work quoted anywhere else it will be less and the service will be a hundred times better.
