i bought a ghd hair straightener from the united states i thought but when it arrived it was sent from china when i opened it the whole product had black soil over it anyway i cleaned it up and thought i had better try it out and of course did not straighten my hair at all i tried to register it with ghd and found it was a fake .i emailed the company straight away and they replied saying i could send it back but i had to pay a processing fee and shipping fee which came to $32.00 and they wanted me to pay through western union. i took the parcel to the post office and they are going to charge me $33.00 to send it back, so i would have to pay an extra $65.00 .i only paid $104.00 for the straightener.this company sent me an email saying that this product is the real thing and our product is a high quality replica.the emails are sent from different people but the name i was suppose to send the money to isGuoDong Zhou .city guanZhou country. china. that email was from sharon [email protected] i hope this helps you to identify them regards debbie.
