I bought the straighteners from a website that advertisest themselves as an official GHD registered site and also ha the option of paying by paypal, as a result of this I thought I would be safe in the knowledge that if they where fake I would be able to claim my money back through paypal and also surely paypal wouldnt be backing a fake site! This is not the case. After speaking with paypal will not refund the money from an individual website only ebay. I think seeings as they advertise on this fake website then they should be helping to get a refund back.
