Purchased a set of straighteners for my daughter - on November 22 - the purchase is recorded against WWW.BRANDFLATIRONS.CO - when the items did not arrive and subsequent emails were ignored I realised that the ste was a very cleverly set up SCAM - Be very wary of using this site - it looks professional and will generate an order number - but there is no track and trace system in place for you to avail of... basically the goods offered are too good to be true. I passed the details to my bank/credit card fraud company and they were unsuprised by the occurrence. Luckily I will be able to get my money back after a 30 day period - if any goods do arrive contact teh official GHD products website and ask them to check the serial number on the item you have received - they will be able to confirm whether or not they are genuine.
