We received a quote from Giant Carpet Care to clean our carpets for $65. They came out to clean our carpets and charged us $139. They also did a horrible job. When I called to complain, the representative was very and ultimately hung up on me. His closing words: "Your god and my god are not the same." I'm not sure what he meant by that, but it was obviously very offensive. We got ripped off and insulted in what was expected to be one simple transaction.
