On or about Oct.29, 2008 I entered into a contract with Gillard & Assoc. to do a complete rehab on property located at 719 N 49th ST. The contract called for completion by 12/19/08. I encountered many delays (ie. D Carty electrician, Dwayne HVAC, John Gravely Carpentry and Tony Plumber)and the project resembled "near completion" in April 2009.

I have made numerous calls to Ahmad Gilliard RE: heating vent missing and others installed improperly, completion of electrical work and installation of separate metering and lastly the Air Conditioning unit did not provide cool air. I resorted to Text messaging him and received replys, but the appointments were not kept. I ultimately had to hire R&R mechanical Services(215...) to operationalize a "BRAND NEW A/C UNIT. Cost $335.00
