My complaint is that after ordering a large sausage pizza from Giuseppes from my hotel room. One hour and fifteen minutes later I received a cold extra large pepperoni pizza. To make matters worse the pizza arrived while i was in the shower and my son opened and signed for the pizza not paying attention to the charge of the pizza order. when it was all said and done I paid $45.89 for one pizza no drinks or any other sides. When I initially called to inquire about the price of a LARGE pizza they said $16.99 (typical price for A LARGE), so imagine paying 45.89 for a pizza i received late, cold and had the wrong topping. I immediately called to speak to a manager but no one was available at the time. I called the following day and asked the price for a large just to see if i heard incorrectly but the gentleman who answered my call said its the same price as before $65.00! I didn't know what he meant but apparently someone else was having problems with this pizzeria from hell.
There's an undisclosed 9.00 delivery fee and a 5.00 hotel sur charge fee

I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company but doubt anything can be done, but i write in hopes that this letter reaches someone else before they experience this same problem.
