I paid £90 for a Brazilian blow dry in this place. The treatment didn’t work and my hair end up in a terrible state, all broken and damage. Giza, the owner, convinced me to get a couple a treatments done to restore the hair before she could repeat the Brazilian blow dry with a different product. I had to pay for these “restorations treatments” that didn’t work either, plus a haircut to get rid of the broken ends. Then she said she wouldn’t be able to repeat the treatment because it might damage my air even more but she would pay my money back. I have been fighting for my money for the last 2 months and she has now decided she won’t give me a coin.
I end up paying £180 in total and my hair looks worse than before, this is not just the worse hairdresser ever but a person with no integrity. I decided to leave the money with her. At least I know no one of my friend will get any close to that place
