I will start by suggesting that you never call this man for any legal work, of any kind, as it will never be done.

My godmother died over 18 months ago and I am one of her heirs. Since the initial phone call telling me of her death, I have heard nothing from the attorney unless I instigated the communication. There has been no correspondence of any kind regarding the monies coming in to the estate...sale of property, insurance, ect. There has been no correspondence regarding the monies going out of the estate...doctor bills, etc. There has been nothing. I have asked, no less than 20 times now, for a copy of the will...I have never received a copy. What I did get was an email asking if I trusted him! At this point, I can only say hell no!!! I was told I would be receiving my inheritance in March, I got nothing. Well, I got a ton of excuses as to why I didnt get it...he had the flu...for a month. His mother had been sick. His secretary had been sick. It was like talking to a child! Children are very good at coming up with excuses.

Quite frankly, at this point, I believe I will never see any of the monies that my godmother left for me. And there is nothing I can do. How sad.
