Paid for DVDs - never received
I ordered the "House" 1-4 seasons. $94.99 was charged to my viza, but I never received the DVD's. I've called and emailed these poeple at least 4 times with not response of any kind.

Ordered 24 seasons 1-6 and Mash seasons 1-11 on Dec 24 2008. as of Jan 30 2009 no product. No response to 3 emails and both numbers supplied either full or disconnected. lost 209 dollars.
