I was one of the first state network owners and built a good relationship with the owner of the company. He had a good idea (renewable energy products/distributorship) and he talks a great game. But the buck stops there. The company assured me that all we had to do was get leads to bring to them and they would handle the rest. I did exactly that numerous times and they always have some excuse of why it does not pull through. Basically they drop the ball. Why? Who knows. But it does not really matter. There has not been one real deal produced. Always great stuff in the pipeline or something to wait on and more excuses. They guarantee you will make money if you execute their marketing plan. That is a total violation of franchise laws. No disclosure documents or information was provided. Another total violation of franchise laws and although the owner claims that this is not a franchise, it sure is! Then he won't give you your money back. So, avoid them. It is very sad to see that a great idea and premise has turned out so poorly! He just tries to spin stuff his way and turn all of the people who have valid concerns or complaints against each other. Too bad, looks like the jig is up!
