My car was left for 5 minutes with someone in the passenger seat and someone in the drivers seat. When a van appeared with clamping signs on the side, the driver started the car and was adjusting the seat, as she was about th drive away, one man knocked on the window and started talking to her while another mon went to the back of the car and put a clamp on it.

The car had the engine running and they purposely distracted her as they put the clamp on.

The passenger was a 71 year old lady with stress related parkinsons and asthma.

They were aggressive and shouting at the driver and the 71 one year old as they argued that they had been duped with the distraction.
