I was called today by Global Telelinks and asked to purchase their plan. Initially I was interested and enquired into their rates. The customer services representative called me back with the rates, which sounded great, but then I googled them and saw all the negative reviews.

Once the CS Rep called back, I told him I was no longer interested. He then tried for half an hour to convince me to buy the products. I said no repeatedly. He then asked me for my name, and asked if he could call me regularly and started to flirt. I told him I was not interested in his friendship, services or products and asked him to hang up. His response was 'my heart is telling me not to' I haven't had the misfortune of losing money like some of the people who have complained against them, however the behaviour of the CS rep was unprofessional and uncalled for.

They are the biggest fraud company. Please no one use their service, they will kill you with more money and less minutes.

I was cheated by them. And I lost my money and talk time. Its the big scamm .. never be deceived by their sweet promises. Once you are log in to that.. you will never be able to contact them.. in time.

I am very frustrated with this company. They put an unauthorized charge of $55 on my credit card and then when I disputed it, they charged me $25 more !! and now they have suspended my account so that I cannot use the calling card at all.
I have been following up with them for so many weeks and am not receiving any help.
I need a refund of my money.

Global Telelinks a Company from INDIA calls up almost daily and it is since bout this JAN 2008. I clearly told them we not interested in your products irrespctive of how cheap or good they are. But the offenders keep on calling with names as RAJ/SHRUTI and so on but these are the prominent people. I requested them to delete my name from database but NO they don't understand. On 26/10/08 I gave them a shut up call and hang the phone and the offender MR.RAJ call about 20 times to tease and abuse me. I am going to lodge complaint with Telecom New zealand and also Ministry of India in wellington and India and I will turn no stone unturn to see this company face charges.

I request all customers and the ones fcing this problem to dont overlook this and take necessary action against GLOBAL TELELINKS.

I had been repeatedly recieving calls from the call centre ... even on Sunday... In NZ it is a breach of the privacy act ... & telling them politely v are not interested in the service ...

Dont ur employees follow simple english .
