hi my name is farhan harun elmi and i am complaining about the delivery report from global express courier which i was reported today and they told me that they have a parcel insured my name from the administrative department of WEB_YAHOO/MSN LOTTERY PROGRAM OFFICE. and i live in Uganda. how can i recognize this report and is there any online confirmation which i can confirm if this delivery is true.
please help me.
