I was so excited to have purchased 4 glow stations for my children and nephews. It turned out my happiness has turned to anger and total disgust. My items were lost in transit in "site to store" error. Actually i have the feeling the sold out items were stolen in transit or loss due to negligence of the Valley Steam=Walmart staff. The items were signed for by Walmart representive and when i went to pick it up it just happened to be missing. A refund could never compensate my children and nephews lost. I am sorry i ever opened a walmart account and plan to terminate it ASAP. I spoke to two customer service representative over the phone, but no real action was offered to rectify the situation. I waited 2 hours on a line for pick up for what was glorify as an easy process on this site. Never again will I use Walmart and if you are smart you won't either.
