I have a Silverado 2500 HD that GM will not properly repair. Its still under warranty but all they will do is replace one part at a time. 4 weeks ago the transmission went out so they put in a solenoid, that didnt work so I had to put in back in the shop, then they put in another valve body. The firt time I put it in reverse it would not pull out of my driveway, so back in the shop. Next they put in all the seals which took 6 working days and they called me just to say it didnt work. When they said they were going to put in a converter I lost it. Only thing is GM customer services is in another country and you cant understand half of what they say. I could not get anyone above them or in the US. What in the hell is a person suppose to do. Its my only means of support for my family but GM is putting me out of business. I have already lost enough in the last month to replace the trany 8-10 times. If anyone out there cares at all and can help please do so.
