Intoxicated driver struck company vehicle. Claims rep questioned integrity of law enforcement report and sober driver. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there wasn't one, I would have to deal with her. After a half hour of phone music, the supervisor was out and then reassigned it to the same agent!
