I was admitted into the hospital on January 27th, 2009 for preeclampsia which is a deadly condition in pregnant woemn. This caused me to be off of work which means I had know income coming in. I did explain and give GMAC my information to the hospital and proof that I was in there. So on I had to have an emergency c-section on March 2nd due to the fact my body was shutting down with the pregnancy and I began to bleed internally which means me and my unborn child at the time was dieing. So I was rushed into surgery to get the baby out and even then I my self was still in critical condition at the time. I stpped breathing for 3 1/2 hr's in surgery and 2 1/2 hrs in the recovery room. I wasn't released from the hospital until March 11th, 2009. Every since then GMAC has been calling me for payments even though they know my situation. On April 19th, 2009 I received a phone call from GMAC from the account manager who is over my car note. He called me staing that I need to sell something and get this ca note paid, and that this is not the way they do buisness and he dont know how I do buisness. He also stated that he knows my situation that I was in the hospital but that doesnt matter I need to pay the bill today or else he is going to put my car into reposession. And I stated well you are being really rude to me and that I hope that he wan't have to be in the hospital and never be able to pay his bills. And he said I said a threat and I said no I didn't I said I hope that you don't ever have to be in the hospital. And he began to over talk me and I said can I speek to your manager and he stated that h is the boss and said I am sending out a reposession today on your account and I hope that you have another car cause you wan't have this one after today and then he hung up on me. I feel that he had bad customer service and I would like something to be done about it. This is not a way a customer service is to represent their company. And as soon as I go back to work I am going to pay, it is not like I am choosing not to pay I am off of work and have no income right now. I will be returning back to work May 4th, 2009. So please give me a chance to get my first check and bring the car note current. Thanks Antania Nash
