I have tried unsuccessfully to transfer my lease to my friend since late June. They have continually misplaced, miscommunicated and totally mishandled this transfer with total incompetentance, particularly Sofia! On three separate occasions I have given them the correct mileage, in writing and via phone; the last time was in July. After telling us this was finally coming to an end in September, in the last ten days they informed me that we would have to repeat the application due to lost paperwork! I told them I had put $5,000. down on a new Envoy and this was holding me up..... no avail,6-8 weeks more! I cancelled and got a Pathfinder, but I need to resolve this; I have 3 leases @$1,200.+ per month and insurance @6,200.+ annually for 2 people! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
