Poor Service
Stay away from Saturn - can't imagine what will happen once they all close down. I've just filed a complaint with the BBB in New Jersey over Saturn Customer Service. Last Friday my 2008 vue was smoking from the engine. I had to have it towed about 16 milesknover a 1/2 hour away. The dealer (Saturn of GreenBrook, NJ - 1 of 3 left in the state) said too busy and doubted that he could look at it until Monday or Tuesday. The woman Maria in Customer Service was going to see if I could take it to a GM dealer and call me back - she forgot and I had to call her. The tow was arranged and late Saturday I received a call. My oil filter was leaking into my engine and that was the smell. He said he'd charge me $37.00 to change the oil and that I had another issue, my tire pressure light was on. He said that the monitor was loosened and they never do that so he could fix for $137.00. I said don't bother. When i went to get the car today, the bill was actually $78.00 because I was never told about the diagnostic charge. I believe the monitor should be covered by warranty and don't like anyone being rude and lying to me about what he told me over the phone. I write everything down and there was no mention of this charge. I reluctantly paid the bill and took the car home. This is not the end.
