On 2-1-09 I answered a E-mail to see if I qualified for a free weightloss product for a program that Oprah indorsed to help women who need help in losing weight, all I had to pay for was a shipping and handling fee of 3.97 . I could try the product for 30 days risk free. Well I did not recieve the product until 2/16/09. I started taking the product right away, after about 3 and half weeks I started feeling moody, losing sleep, fatiuge and 10 pounds lighter. After consulting w/my Dr. we concluded that it was interfering w/my perscription synthroid I take for my thyroid disease & was told to stay away from these products. On 3/1/09 my checking acct was debited 79.90 Not knowing I was on auto-ship on 3/25 was sent another 2 bottle shipment & debited 69.90 out of my checking. When I called to inform them of what was happening they said because I did not cancel within my 30 day trial period I could not get a refund they would give me a exchangeable GNS credit of 150% after having little to choose from because they are all weightloss products I can't take them . I am now OUT over 150.00 DOLLARS & have 3 and a half bottles of products I can't take. Beware 30 days start when you purchase not recieve.
