I ordered a lift kit from this company about 3 years ago. Not only have I not received the kit, my attempts for a refund have gone in vain. After countless phone calls, mostly sitting on hold, hiring an attorney, complaints filed with the BBB of California, and a complaint to the Attorney Generals office of California, I still do not have my $1638.82. This guy, Jim Nautlet, is nothing short of a thief and a liar. He runs his business on Consumer Fraud. I encouage anyone who has had a similar experience, to continue to file complaints. He needs to make restitution to all he has stolen from, then go to jail.
