i ordered flowers from goflorist on line on thur jan7 for delivery jan 8 to my grandaughter in north pole alaska they took my order sent pending charges to credit card and did nothing else after talking to grandaughter late sat and finding no delivery made, i contacted florist by phone only to be told that they were only an answering service i left name message and no response sat sund mon or tues finally got called tue around 11 saying they cancelled order on mon because they could not find florist in alaska who could make delivery did not bother to call or notify anyone they had numbers nd e-mail addresses will pass along my bad experience to everyone in my address book and all business contacts lady that called me, after my threat of reporting them to bbb, was rude and not at all apologetic
