I have been being charged $11.95 for the past five months. I caught the unauthorized charges against my credit card when they charged me $72.21 for using their web site. First, I authorized a $1.95 transaction for a kit to be received in the mail. The kit was from 'goggle success kit' I do not know if there is a direct relationship with 'Goggle" the search engine. Second, I never received my kit or any notification of being accepted in the elite of elite organization. I never received an email, phone call, or anything in the mail. They were just charging monthly fees of $11.95. Then in April the monthly fees to goggle success kit jumped to $72.21. I called them and demanded a refund of my $72.21 and any other charges or fees that they might have collected. I did get an authorization number for a refund of the $72.21 but the five charges of $11.95 just slipped their minds. It took me a while to figure out that I was dealing with one company not two. I have not gain access to goggle success kit organization for the refunds of the five $11.95 charges. It is funny how a company like that can get away with just a slip of the mind when it comes to refunding illegal and unauthorized charges against people who are just trying to make a honest living. Someone should sue them with a class action against them.

I received my bank statement with a number of transactions unaurthorized. I only allowed only one for $1.00 and now they will not stop. Plaease contact me immedialtly!!!
