On july 3, 2010 i paced an order online with Goji Berry Now for a free trial of their product. i was charged 4.95 for shipping & handling as of august 18, 2010 i still had not recieved the product, and they charged my credit card $79.95. At his point i called them again & told them that i had not received their product & to credit back my credit card they said they would re ship the product but i told them i did not want them to do that just to credit back my credit card. They said they would not do that. They would only credit me back $32. 00. when i said i would dispute the charge the agent got angry if i did they would not credit anything back. So i feel that i have been ripped off by another internet scam. The agent for goji berry i talked to today was named Ashley i believe.
