We had made an agreement dated 27/11/2008 to purchase a floating week Alternate Year Membership with Mountain Club through Marketer, M/s Gold Crown Vacations (P) Ltd. vide Deal No. GCV-C-642 dated 27.11.2008. For this, we had paid Rs.1, 10, 500/- to the Marketer.

As per the agreement, the Gold Crown Vacations (P) Ltd. as marketer is liable for issue of Membership Certificate from Mountain Club Bhimtal & RCI Card within a period of 90 days from the date of agreement.

The company had issued membership certificate in June 2009. However, so far we have not received RCI Membersship Card despite several visits in their office at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and sent letters via e-mals to the company. I want to get money back, kinldy guide me.
