i entered a competition with the ITV series golden balls and unfortunately the competition was void so i went onto teh website and claimed back my 2 SMS messages but i have never received the money back for them. i have to say that i will report this further if it is not rectified as i had faith that they wouldnt rip their customers or viewers off.
