Almost ripped off

Non delivery of order
I placed an order through the website and although my credit card was charged immediately by a third party payment service I never heard from the company again. I made repeated attempts to contact both Gonna Luv It and Alertpay but never got any response from either company. I had to contact my credit card company to have the charge dropped.

No ring yet
I ordered a ring on 12/4/2010 that showed no sign of the product not being in stock. Today is 12/14/10 and there is still no sign of the ring. It "MAY" show up, which is what I am hoping but I feel that it may never will. I have left two e-mails and both have not been returned. I also found the phone # to the site and have tried calling at all times of the day and there is never an answer. Left a couple messages there too and still no luck!

never received item
I paid for a ring on october 26, 2008. I also requested a "free" pair of earrings. I received the "free" earrings, but never the ring that I paid for. i have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order, and only received an invoice marked as finished. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY MERCHANDISE THAT I PAID FOR and haven't received any response about my dilemma. i doubt that I will ever hear anything else from them. i do not reccommend this as a site for a "deal" if you cannot get what you paid for. Ridiculous.
