After purchasing a new Goodman Compressor it broke down within one and a half years. The cost of the new system was $1, 700.00
After the first repair was done the a/C repair company said, it was a leak in the compressor. Ok that cost about $500.00 within the two years of purchase we spend a total of $1, 600.00 to repair this. Everytime it was something else, it was the conducttor, the fan and every single part was repaired. MInd you this has a 10 year warranty, sure some of the parts were warranted but some not. Goodman did not realize we had to pay for labor. I would have been better off with a Rheem which lasted us for 15 years without any complaints. Goodman adamantly refused to admit they sold us a defecrtive Compessor.
