I ordered a furnace 6 weeks ago and was told two weeks ago that it was on backorder and would be shipped in one week. I have tried to contact them via email and voicemail for a week and was unable to contact anyone. I placed a report with the BBB and am ready to go to the Florida Attorney General. If they are still in business, they have bad customer service.
