I arrived at Goodyear of Huntington Beach at 9 am to get my headlights replaced. Of course like all sales managers, this one looked for other problems. Found something else wrong and asked me if I wanted to get it fixed, which I said NO! I do not have enough time for anything else to be fixed. The sales manager still went ahead and called up my fleet company to get an ok on fixing it. Not only did he not listen to what I said but I have been sitting in this small room waiting for my truck for the past 7 hours. I asked him a few hours ago to just put my truck back together and I would come back another day, the reason being is I had to work today. I had to reschedule 3 different customer jobs today which lost me money. Not only that but the cost of the repair of whatever he found wrong. This is not the proper way to do business! As a customer, if I say I DONT have time I DONT have time... PERIOD... I would not recommend goodyear to anyone regardless if they are family or friend. Go somewhere where they care about you and your needs, not them just trying to put money in their own pocket. I am very mad right not at this company and will not get my business ever again. The company I work for has over 30 trucks who we send to goodyear and never again will we.
